If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your It's the Cowgirl Way purchase, email us within 5 days at itsthecowgirlway@rocketmail.com  with the reason for the return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please E-MAIL us to begin the return process. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. It's the Cowgirl Way reserves the right to deny credit if returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements. The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by It's the Cowgirl Way within 10 days of issuing an RA number. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Pending return approval, all refunds will be made using the same method of payment of original purchase. We will credit the value of the merchandise and taxes charged. Shipping and handling are non refundable. Please allow 3-4 weeks for It's the Cowgirl Way to process your credit. Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. To return or exchange item(s), send purchases, insured for the full value of the item(s), with original packing receipt and RA number.  Because of many people ordering without knowing their size or what style they really want, we have had to begin a restock fee of 10% on returns when there is not an exchange or reorder.  Please ask if you have questions on how sizes run.  We are happy to answer any questions you might have.  Thanks.
